Our Story
512 Greetings & Creations began in 2020 with a simple idea: celebrations should feel bigger, brighter, and more joyful. What started as a passion for helping friends and neighbors celebrate milestones quickly grew into something much more meaningful. We saw firsthand how a colorful yard display could turn an ordinary morning into an unforgettable memory. The surprise. The laughter. The photos. The smiles that last long after the signs come down. Our Policies
Reservation & Confirmation
Your celebration date is secured once payment is received and you’ve received a confirmation email. We will follow up with details and any design preferences you want to share.
Setup & Removal
We handle the delivery, setup, and removal of your display. Setup typically occurs early on the day of your celebration, and removal is completed the next morning unless a different schedule is requested.
Weather & Safety
Safety comes first. If severe weather is forecasted, we may adjust setup times or suggest alternative options to protect your display. We’re happy to work with you if weather conditions change.
Cancellation & Changes
Plans change, we understand that. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled setup for a full refund or date change. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to partial charges.
Custom Requests
Every design is personalized to your celebration, theme, and name preferences. We’ll always confirm the final design with you before setup. Design changes requested after confirmation may affect delivery timing.
Respect for Property
Our team takes great care to protect your lawn and property. Ground stakes are used safely and removed completely during pickup. We’re not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions that may affect placement.
