Rental Period

Graduation displays are typically installed for approximately 24 hours unless additional rental days are selected. If you would like to extend the celebration, extra days may be added during booking based on availability.

 

What’s Included

Our standard graduation package includes:

  • “CONGRATS (Name) (Year)” base phrase
  • Two themed graphics
  • Balloons and star accents

Additional phrases such as school mottos, custom sayings, or extended messages are available for an added per-letter fee. If you prefer a base phrase other than “CONGRATS,” please contact us before booking to confirm customization options.

Extra graphics beyond the included amount may be added for $125 Dollar for Graduations

Delivery & Pickup

Installations begin early in the morning and continue throughout the day, depending on the schedule. If you need delivery within a specific timeframe, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pickup typically occurs the following morning unless extended rental days have been selected.

Delivery fees and add-ons are not included in the base price. If the booking system allows you to complete your order, your selected date is available within our service area.

Enter the exact wording you would like displayed on your graduation sign. Examples: Congrats Emma 2026 Ryan Class of 2026 Way To Go, Michael Future Aggie 2026 Please double-check spelling before submitting.
The base package includes the standard “CONGRATS (Name) (Year)” phrase. If you would like to add an additional phrase, motto, or custom wording, each extra letter is $10.00. For example, adding “Hook ’Em” or “UT Bound” would be priced per letter. Extra phrases are subject to availability during peak graduation season.
Up to 25 letters or numbers are included in the base price. If your phrase exceeds 25 characters, please enter the number of additional characters needed. Additional characters are $2.00 each. Decorative elements such as balloons, stars, and basic graphics are included and do not count toward the character limit.
Please use clear design descriptions instead of numbers when completing your request. Example: Glitter Gold, Blue to Black Ombre, Multi-Color Chevron, Cake, Football, Princess Crown.
List your top three birthday set choices in order of preference. If your first choice is unavailable, we will move to your second or third selection. Please provide full names or detailed descriptions of the style and color combination you would like. The more specific you are, the better we can match your vision.
Please choose 2 or 3 colors for the name (certain colors only) as well as balloons and stars (all colors listed are available). Please try to coordinate with the birthday set color or we can choose what looks best. Note: We do not have alphabet letters in Gold, Silver or White.
Four graphics are included for birthdays. Two graphics are included for graduations. See selection click here. Desired Graphics (requested, but not guaranteed): Balloons and stars are included with every sign order and are NOT considered to be graphics. Graphics are specialty signs (cake, present, football, art pallet, grad cap, diploma etc...) Please give descriptions, not numbers.
Either 2 or 4 graphics are included, depending on if this is graduation or a birthday. If you would like more, they are 5 dollars each.
Please provide gate code for gated communities and home gates.
